Leadinfo 2026-02
8th of May 2026
The quality of your lead generation is only as good as how cleanly it connects to the rest of your stack.
This release, 2026-02, is built entirely around that connection: Contact push to CRM is now live across 11 integrations, we’ve rebuilt our most-used CRM integrations from the ground up, launched the Integration Marketplace, added n8n to open up thousands of new workflows, and made Leadbot submissions visible per tracker so you can finally see what each website actually delivers. Less plumbing, more pipeline. Let’s get started.
Contact Push to CRM: From signal on your website to record in your CRM, automatically.
Contact Push to CRM is now live across 11 integrations Push recognised contacts straight to your CRM, linked to the right company record, in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and eight more platforms.
From signal on your website to record in your CRM, automatically.
Why it matters
In 2026-01 we announced Contact push as coming soon. It’s live now. Your CRM stays the single source of truth, while Leadinfo feeds it the identified contacts that show real intent, without duplicates, without copy-paste and without a separate second list for your team to maintain.
Use cases
A known contact visits a key page, the right owner sees them in the CRM.
You want to eliminate duplicate contact records by letting Leadinfo match on email before pushing.
You manage several brands or domains and need every identified contact to land on the correct company record automatically.
Supported integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ODOO and Salesloft, plus five additional connected systems, all visible in the Leadinfo Integration Marketplace.
Contacts are always attached to a company record. If the company already exists in your CRM, the contact is linked to it; if not, the company is created or linked first. The email address acts as a unique identifier to prevent duplicates. Available fields include name, email, job title, department, country and social profiles, subject to your CRM’s field configuration.

Revised major integrations: A better foundation under the integrations you rely on most.
Revised major integrations are rebuilt from the ground up. Salesforce, HubSpot, ODOO, Salesloft, and Pipedrive have been re-engineered for reliability, richer field mapping and consistent behaviour.
A better foundation under the integrations you rely on most.
Why it matters
These integrations carry the majority of data flowing between Leadinfo and our customer stacks. We have rebuilt them on a new framework to reduce errors, expand what you can map and make behaviour predictable across platforms, so training, documentation and day-to-day use stay simple as your team grows.
Use cases
You want fewer integration errors and a more predictable sync.
You need a wider set of mappable fields, including custom fields, to match how your CRM is configured.
You want consistent configuration and troubleshooting across every major CRM your team uses.
What’s new across these integrations
Rebuilt sync engine with clearer, more actionable error messages
Full support for Contact push to CRM
Consistent configuration flow and UI across platforms
Compatible with AI Error Explanation launched in 2026-01
If you are already using one of these integrations, no action is required, the existing setups continue to work and benefit automatically. New configurations use the revised integration by default.

n8n integration lets you connect Leadinfo to anything. Trigger n8n workflows from Leadinfo events and route lead data into hundreds of tools through a single integration. This n8n integration will only be available in the Leadinfo Pro plan.
One integration, thousands of possible workflows.
Why it matters
Not every tool in your stack needs a dedicated Leadinfo integration. With n8n you can connect Leadinfo to anything n8n supports, enrichment services, internal databases, notification channels, bespoke APIs using low-code workflows instead of developer time.
Use cases
Post newly identified companies to a specific Slack channel based on your own filter rules.
Enrich Leadinfo companies through a third-party data service before routing them onwards.
Automate bespoke hand-offs to a tool that does not yet have a direct Leadinfo integration.
How it works
Leadinfo acts as a trigger node in n8n. When a defined event occurs — an identified company, a Leadbot submission, a tag applied — your n8n workflow runs and can send the data anywhere n8n can reach. Both self-hosted and cloud n8n environments are supported.

Leadbot submissions per tracker: Measure what each Leadbot is really doing.
Leadbot submissions per tracker, See what every bot actually delivers Break down Leadbot submissions by tracker so you can see which sites, campaigns or landing pages drive the most conversations.
Measure what each Leadbot is really doing.
Why it matters
If you run multiple Leadbots across multiple trackers, a single total tells you the what but not the where. Per-tracker reporting shows which sites, campaigns or environments generate submissions — so you can double down on what converts and fix what does not.
Use cases
You run Leadbots across several domains or sub-sites and need per-site numbers.
You are A/B testing Leadbot placement or copy and want isolated results per tracker.
You manage multiple clients or brands in one Leadinfo account and need reporting broken down per tracker.

Leadinfo 2026-01
9 maart 2026
The most valuable aspect of website intent is not the traffic, but what you do with it afterwards.
This release, 2026-01, includes four improvements that make follow-up easier and more consistent: see the people behind the intent, send contacts to your CRM and keep all important notifications in one place. Less guessing, less administration, more timely conversations. Let’s get started.
Persona Insights — Discover who is behind the intent
Discover which known contact is most likely to be involved with important pages, so you can make contextual and accurate contact.
Discover which known contact is most likely to be involved with important pages, so you can make contextual and accurate contact.
Turn website engagement into clarity at job function level.
Positioning — why it matters
When a company shows intent, the next question is always: “Who within that company is actually engaged?” Persona Insights helps you move from company-level insights to person-level direction, making your outreach more relevant and your timing more precise.
Use cases
- A lead repeatedly views your pricing or product pages and you want to respond quickly, without wasting time guessing who to contact.
- A contact who previously didn’t convert returns weeks later: you can flag renewed interest at the moment it occurs.
- An existing customer starts exploring an alternative solution: you immediately see which person and job function is involved.
How it works
Persona Insights links website sessions to professional contacts in your existing database, but only when there is a strong, compatible signal. Signals can include:
- Form submissions (email match)
- Leadbot submission
- Clicks on tracked email campaign links
- Return visits after a contact has been identified (cookies enable recognition on repeat visits)
If more than one contact matches, the system ranks the likelihood and displays the most probable. If confidence is insufficient, the session remains at company level only.
No new contacts are created automatically and nothing is shared between customers.

Contact push to CRM — Send the right contact to the right record
Push recognised contacts to your CRM, linked to the right company, so that your CRM remains structured and you can follow up quickly.
Push recognised contacts to your CRM, linked to the right company, so that your CRM remains structured and you can follow up quickly.
Go from insight to action – without manual data work.
Positioning – why it matters
Your CRM is where the pipeline lives. But when high-intent behaviour on your website stays in a separate tool, follow-up can slow down and processes become inconsistent.
With Contact Push to CRM, you can send identified contacts to your CRM in a structured way, so your sales team can work from the system they already use – now enriched with real, up-to-date insights.
Coming soon!
Use cases
- A known contact visits key pages → you push them directly to your CRM so the right representative can take immediate action.
- You want to prevent duplicates and keep account data organised.
- You want the CRM to remain the single place where your team works, whilst Leadinfo provides the signals you need for relevant follow-up.
How it works
- You push an identified contact to your connected CRM.
- Contacts are always linked to a company record:
- If the company already exists in your CRM, the contact is linked to it.
- If it does not, you first create or link the company record before pushing the contact.
- The email address is used as a unique identifier to prevent duplicates.
- You can push available fields such as name, email address, job title, department, country, and links to social profiles (depending on your CRM settings).
Optional workflow (if you wish to automate this)
Set up triggers so Leadinfo can automatically do the following when a company meets your rules:
- push to your CRM,
- assign tags,
- send an email notification,
- or forward leads to an Autopilot follow-up campaign.

One place for all your notifications.
Positioning — why it matters
The Notification Centre is designed to keep your team aligned, combining instant notifications with recurring summaries so nothing important is missed.
Use cases

AI Error Explanation — Understand integration errors and resolve them faster.
Positioning — why it matters
Integrations are powerful, but when something goes wrong in the synchronisation process, it is not always clear what has gone wrong or how to resolve it. Users are often shown technical error messages from their CRM or integration that are difficult to interpret without in-depth technical knowledge.
With AI Error Explanation, Leadinfo translates these technical errors into clear, step-by-step instructions, so users know exactly what action to take.
Use cases
An item in your integration queue cannot be processed and displays an error message from your CRM.
Examples include:
- A field mapping that has been configured incorrectly
- A company record that no longer exists in the CRM
- User roles or permissions that have been changed in the CRM
- An expired OAuth token that needs to be reconnected
Rather than trying to interpret the raw error message, you can click Explain with AI to receive a clear explanation and practical steps to resolve the issue.
How it works
The integration queue displays every item being synchronised between Leadinfo and your connected systems.
When an item cannot be processed:
- The integration returns an error message.
- This error is saved and displayed in the queue.
- The Explain with AI option analyses the error message.
- AI generates a clear explanation and step-by-step solution to help you resolve the issue.
This makes it easier to resolve integration issues independently and ensures your data continues to synchronise smoothly.
