Online Marketer (B2B)

Setting up online campaigns inside and outside Europe is an important factor for boosting our growth. You are responsible for increasing the conversion of our website, within various international markets. Because of your experience you know which channels to use to achieve the best return of investment. Think for example of campaigns on Google and social media, but also email marketing and flows with marketing automation.
You make sure we reach our potential customers and generate the right amount of leads. Using Leadinfo data, combined with Google Ads and HotJar for example, you will experiment how to optimize conversion rates. You are 100% data-driven and know how to analyze the success of online campaigns using the right KPIs. You think in A/B testing to always get the best results.
These are our expectations from you:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Online Marketing;
- Relevant bachelor’s degree;
- Available for 32-40 hours per week;
- Experience with Google Ads and HotJar;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Commercial mindset and used to working in a sales-driven organization;
- Proactive, enthusiastic and a self-starter;
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
