Sales Manager SaaS

Are you self-motivated, driven by results and do you have proven success in directly leading a high-performing SaaS sales team? Leadinfo is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our international sales team, currently focused on the Benelux, DACH-region, France and expanding rapidly to other countries.

Building a successful sales team which accelerates the growth of our scale-up is crucial for us. It’s your responsibility to drive this growth. You’re responsible for the day-to-day coaching of our SDR’s to drive outbound calls, qualify leads and close trial users. At the moment we have a sales team of 5 SDR’s and growing, but it’s more about the team’s efficiency than size of the team for us.

It’s your goal to build a highly empowered and constructive sales culture. You use a combination of feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses of our SDR’s. You effectively manage KPI’s and metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet quotas. Next to this, you deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.

These are our expectations from you:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Sales Manager within SaaS;
  • Self-motivated, driven, high-energy and engaging. You inspire others to work with you;
  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction and team work that you can pass on to the team;
  • You have a sustained and successful track record selling SaaS;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines;
  • Fluent in English, plus if you speak Dutch.
