Customer Success Manager
Do you get excited by happy customers and do you want to learn more about setting up the best customer success strategy within a scale-up? Then we are looking for you as our Customer Success Manager!
As a fast-growing scale-up it is important to have the best customer service for our customers. You make sure that all customers are happy with our product. Your working day at Leadinfo is different every day. Next to providing support by e-mail, chat or phone, you help to optimize our customer service. For example: by writing help articles, organizing webinars and onboarding our larger customers. In addition, you organize regular health checks for our larger customers. You are the voice of the customer, you know exactly which features customers miss or use frequently.
You are essential to Leadinfo because you:
- want to ensure that every Leadinfo customer has a positive experience;
- have good social skills, but above all listen carefully to customer questions;
- can tackle problems quickly and come up with structural solutions;
- be able to speak to customers efficiently and effectively;
We expect you:
- have at least a bachelor’s degree;
- are eager to learn and have an analytical mindset;
- be available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
- have an affinity with support or want to deepen your knowledge;
- are driven by team spirit, you will not make it on your own;
- able to speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
- make the team even more fun than it already is with your person;
- we work with Hubspot, experience with this or a similar tool is a plus;
- experience in a Customer Success department is a plus;
